Starved for some ArcheAge lore? Our very own The Wanderer has translated one of the stories from the Korean ArcheAge website. The First Expeditionary Force is a brief insight into the story of the twelve heroes who sought the secrets of creation two thousand years before present game time, when the races lived in harmony on the Continent of Origin.
Although The Wanderer reminds us that the translation is rough and Korean isn’t his strong suit, the translated version of the story is easy to follow and offers some great insight into the mannerisms of the world’s inhabitants. The Wanderer has also included footnotes elaborating on some of the translations and terminology used, and they’re a great source of information! Just remember: anything is subject to change in the localization process, but at least those of us who can’t make sense of the language now have something to sate us until then.
